Terms of Purchase
PRE-ORDERS: By ordering, you are agreeing to all terms and conditions listed below. Pre-order turn around is from CLOSE OF ROUND, not from order date. We reserve the right to extend rounds at our discretion.
CUSTOM PRINT ORDERS: We currently do not offer custom design prints.
SHOP PAY: We now have shop pay! Check out using this option and pay in 4 payments OR in monthly installments up to 12 months interest free and NO late fees.
SHOP PAY TERMS OF SERVICE: When you choose to use Shop Pay, you are required to provide account and contact information and to link your Shop Pay account to a valid payment method. You warrant and represent that you are the legal owner of all payment accounts you provide and link to Shop Pay, and that all information you provide when signing up for Shop Pay is truthful, current and accurate.
Shopify reserves the right to prohibit or restrict your ability to make transactions using Shop Pay at any time for any reason, without notice to you, or to request additional information from you before you can use or continue to use Shop Pay.
Installment payments on Shop Pay are supported and managed by third-party partner Affirm, and if you choose to pay in installments or to purchase and pay later when using Shop Pay, you are contracting with Affirm and eligibility determinations and repayment of your purchase obligation are governed by Affirm's terms of service, which are presented to you during checkout. Shopify is not a party to any agreement between you and Affirm, and expressly disclaims all liability with respect to such agreements.
RETURN/CANCELATION POLICY: Due to the custom nature of orders, we are unable to cancel/change/edit any orders once they are submitted. Please double check your order and make sure it is correct before submitting and email us with any questions.
We will try to combine any orders when possible and refund you the shipping difference.
FLAW POLICY: We inspect the fabrics to the best of our ability and strive to deliver the highest quality fabric. However, due to the nature of custom digital printing, there are no returns unless fabric is flawed. Flaws under 1 inch that do not distract from the overall appearance or are 6 inches from the selvage will not be discounted. Inspect your fabrics for flaws when they arrive and email within 7 days to info@moonlightcoven.com. Please include your order number and the print(s) affected. DO NOT WASH the fabric until you have measured and inspected the fabric. Once the fabric is washed the 7-day flaw policy is void. Washed/cut fabric cannot be returned. As with most fabrics, they will shrink a bit (5-10%) so please account for this. There are no discounts for shrinkage.
SHIPPING: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the address listed for shipping is correct. We are not responsible for orders that ship to an incorrect address and the customer will be expected to pay shipping again if the order is returned to Moonlight Coven Textiles. Orders that are delivered incorrectly must have claims filed with USPS as Moonlight Coven Textiles is not responsible for delivered items. **Please understand that transit times via shipping agents are out of our control**
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Orders are shipped by USPS with tracking and insurance to cover the full amount of the order value plus shipping costs. The insurance covers the package if it is lost or damaged during transit. The insurance does not cover what happens to the package after the scanned delivery (stolen, etc). If you do not receive your package or if your package is received and the contents inside are damaged, please contact us to process your claim.
We do not batch print labels. This means when you get a shipping notice, your package will go out within a couple of business days (M-F). All packages are not scanned at pickup and may not update right away. There have been many instances of packages not showing scanned or not showing movement and then being delivered.
SHIPPING RATES: **We will always look at all shipping options to ensure you are getting the best rate and promptly refund overages**
- Domestic (US) - Shipping rates are based on weight and destination as determined by the carrier. We mostly us USPS & UPS and include insurance on all orders.
- Be sure to choose correct shipping for your yardage or we will invoice you for the difference before shipping your fabric. We will refund any overages.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: At this time Moonlight Coven Textiles does not have international shipping rates included. Please email us at info@moonlightcoven.com for international shipping requests. In which case, shipping for international orders will be calculated at checkout. Any shipping overages will be refunded. Insurance is required for all international packages. The system gives an estimate based on the current shipping rates. However, when the label is made additional shipping charges may be required due to postage increases and will be invoiced to you prior to shipping package.
**Please also note that any brokerage fees or taxes implemented by the country of the buyer are out of MCT control. We DO NOT change values on customs forms as this is fraud**

Please do not post order concerns to the FB Group Page as they cannot be addressed easily. Please make sure to include all information such as order number, problem/issue, picture if applicable, and the resolution you are looking for.
If you are inquiring on a past pre-order, please check the round (or date) you ordered and check the "Round Updates" section in the Facebook Group first. All round updates will be posted there. We try to keep the most current closed round pinned at the top for your convenience. Please note that we cannot give info on specific orders once a round starts shipping. We do not ship in order of the order numbers, but as it comes out of the bulk shipment.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS INSTRUCTIONS:
**Please note that it can take up to 3 business days to complete your request. Please complete BOTH steps:
- Please change your address in your account on the website.
- Use the contact form on the website to request an address change for any order that has not yet shipped.
CONTINUOUS YARDAGE POLICY: We will try to provide continuous yardage up to 10 yards, but it is not guaranteed.
We are currently offering 3 bases - Exclusive Prints - Quarterly Rounds start on the first day of the first month and ends on the last Friday of the last month - Final Round of the year starts on the first day of the first month and ends on the second Friday of the last month - Turn-Around-Time (TAT) is 20-25 days from end of round.
